Columbus, OH–

This Saturday at the Value City Arena on the campus of the Ohio State University will be the 9th annual Scholastic Play-by-Play classic. This year’s schedule will feature a star studded line up of high level talent and some of the top teams from the Buckeye State. Highly touted Forward DeShaun Thomas (2010/OSU) of Bishop Leurs High School out of Fort Wayne, Indiana will bring his high octane offense to the place he will be calling home against State and National power Columbus Northland. Northland is on the verge of winning a National Title after impressive victories over Huntington Prep (WV), Findlay Prep (NV) and national dynasty Oak Hill Academy (VA). Northland is the defending Division 1 state champions and will look to make Value City Arena their second home.

The night cap will feature a battle for naming rights of the best wing in the state of Ohio, as Jordan Sibert (2010/OSU) of Cincinnati Princeton will take on Cameron Wright (2010/Pittsburgh) and Cleveland Benedictine.
